Let me tell you a little about myself—I'll keep it to a couple of minutes, and hopefully one day I'll have the opportunity to hear your story.

Although I was born in Akron, Ohio, I've called Palm Beach County home since I was two years old, growing up in Wellington. My career began in my family's ultra-luxury residential construction business, where I spent more than two decades working on some of the finest custom homes on Palm Beach and Jupiter Island. From hands-on craftsmanship to estimating, project management, and eventually owning my own ultra-luxury stone company, I developed an eye for quality, an appreciation for exceptional design, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. My work earned the trust of some of South Florida's premier custom home builders, including Hedrick Brothers, Rogers General Contracting, and Livingston Builders. After years in construction, I realized my true passion wasn't just building exceptional homes—it was helping people buy, sell, and invest in them.

My wife, Jenny, and I have been together for more than 22 years and are proud to call Singer Island home as we enjoy the beach as much as possible. We share a passion for health, fitness, and sometimes competitive amatuer bodybuilding. Most people think bodybuilding is simply lifting weights, but the reality is that success is built on months and years of meticulous planning, relentless consistency, attention to the smallest details, and the mental toughness to keep going long after the excitement wears off. It's a lifestyle that demands discipline every single day—not just when you feel like it.

Those same principles shape how I run my business. I prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details others often overlook, and stay committed until my clients achieve their goals. Whether a transaction is straightforward or filled with challenges, I don't lose focus when things get difficult. The only thing my clients are expected to lift is the pen at closing.
